The hearing is set for May 24th at 9:00 in the morning. The court has failed to take judicial notice that if there are any further proceedings in the court concerning the case, that will constitute criminal intent, due to the fact that the State of Oklahoma has no jurisdiction and is not a court of competent jurisdiction to interpret what constitutes Indian Country and lacks authority to do so in violation of the Constitution of the United States of America, the truth will set you free, 687 is unconstitutional and they impaired their contract with the U.S.A. upon State Hood, Ex-Post-Facto and that is a fact......so be it...so you all know the truth.
